🎓 Students who have gained the right to enroll in our University through additional placement based on the 2025 YKS results are kindly requested to carefully read the following information.

📌 Electronic Registration via e-Government (e-Devlet)

Registration Dates: 10 - 12 October 2025 (until 23:59)
How to Register: You can complete your registration by logging into the “University E-Registration” application at turkiye.gov.tr.
Important: After completing your e-registration, you must print out the barcode document and keep it.
An SMS confirmation will be sent, and your registration information can also be viewed on the Student Information System (OBS). (There may be delays in SMS delivery.)

⚠️ E-registration is available for all programs except the TUSAŞ-Kazan Vocational School Aircraft Technology program.

🏛️ On-Campus Registration (In Person)

Registration Dates: 10 - 17 October 2025
Students who are unable to complete electronic registration (Please make every effort to complete your registration through e-Government) must apply in person to the student affairs office of their assigned academic unit with the required documents.
Required Documents:

The original or a certified copy of the diploma obtained from the secondary education institution or a recent graduation certificate (Achievement Certificates are not valid as graduation documents. After verification, a photocopy of the diploma will be kept in the student file, and the original will be returned to the student.)
If the student was placed through additional points or direct placement but the field is not specified on the diploma or graduation certificate, an official document showing the school and field of graduation (For graduates of METEM programs, the name of the issuing center is written as the school name on the diploma.)
