Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1) Horizontal Transfer Announcement and Registration Schedule

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

NOTE: The evaluation of applications has been carried out by the student affairs and adaptation commissions of the relevant academic units. Candidates must contact the program chairs for information on which year they will be placed and whether they will need to take courses from lower years.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Candidates who have been accepted for registration must prepare the required documents for final registration and submit their applications in person or through a person with a notarized power of attorney to the Student Affairs Office of our Vocational School.

(Applications submitted outside the specified period, or with photocopies, faxes, unapproved, or missing documents will not be accepted.)

Documents required for Final Registration;

1.    T.R. ID card and its photocopy

2.    Student certificate issued within the last month (documents obtained via e-Devlet are valid.)

3.    Transcript (grade report) document (documents obtained via e-Devlet are valid.)

4.    Photocopy of high school diploma

5.    A document from their university stating “There is no obstacle to horizontal transfer.”

6.    3 passport-sized photos

7.    ÖSYS / YKS Placement Results Document

8.    ÖSYS / YKS Results Document

• If it is determined that the information and documents you submitted during the application and registration process are incorrect, your registration will be canceled.
• Your education information and student files will be obtained by our University from your current school through official correspondence.
• If you are not registered at your current school, the horizontal transfer registration process will not be completed.
