Applications have started for the Science, Art, Service, and Incentive Awards, which are granted annually to encourage publications, patents, industrial designs, and projects that promote the reputation of our university at national and international levels.

📌 Application Period:
September 15, 2025 – October 15, 2025

📌 Application Portal:
Application Management System (online platform).

📌 Scope:

• Q1/Q2 indexed articles published in 2024

• Patents and utility models (registered in 2024)

• Industrial designs (registered in 2024)

• Scientific projects (successfully completed and approved in 2024)

📌 Application Requirements:

• Applicants must be employed at Gazi University.

• Publications, patents, designs, or projects must be registered in the AVESİS system.

• All required information and documents must be uploaded completely to the system.

• Publications in predatory/dubious journals will not be accepted.

📌 Important Note:
Applications submitted after October 15, 2025 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
